your old one'll work, but i recommend getting a new one. also search for the torque settings or get helms or something.... i'd give them to you but i'm at work and don't have my books.
If this is the first time removing the stock manifold, the original metal gasket where the flange bolts to the head will be fine to reuse. I've reused them a number of times and never had a problem with leaking. I would, however, recommend replacing the graphite donut gasket at the bottom where the cat bolts up. This gasket is soft and wears down, and reusing it can sometimes cause sealing problems.
As for the torque values, the bolts on the head should be torqued to 23 ft. lbs. starting with the center bolt and alternating outward.
