header problem

header problem
i juss installed a new dc 4-2-1 headers in to my 96 civic ex. but theres like a leaking sound. i got it checked and ther eis no leaks. sound is coming out when i press on gas. i think its coming out from where header connects to engine. are there any thicker gaskets, or ne other suggestions

did you replace the header gasket when u installed the header? the proper way is to. install new header/gasket and run the car for 10mins and then let it cool. then the gasket will expand to its fullest and the shrink back down to its smaller than normal size. and you have extra space in between the two and torque the bolts back down to tighten. sorry if its confusing.

gasket is in im know that for sure but yea i ordered new oem gaskets and ill see wat hapens afte ri replace it
