Default urethane as a mount...?

if i use urethane (the black stuff in a tube you can get at homedepot) as an adheasive to hold together my energy suspension inserts with my (torsion mounts), will it stick FOREVER without having to use those zip ties? THANKS IN ADVANCE

most people drill the holes and use bolts and washers to hold them in
if you cant do this for some reason use window weld also found in homedepot
