Well with out knowing more information about a specific mount that you need to fix or stiffen.

All I can tell you is that you can order alot of mounts form innovative, hasport and I am sure there are some that I am forgetting.

Also energy suspensions makes inserts some stuff for mounts, but I have heard that they are not as good as a full mount replacement.

You're talking about using window sealant to stiffen up the mounts. It'll work, but why not do it the right way since the thing is going to be out of the car anyway and replace it with a brand new urethane mount?

I just recently filled my mounts. I was told to use stuff called Window Weld and it is made by 3M and can be bought at Autozone. You will also need a caulking gun to apply it if you don't have one. Mine seem to be a bit stiffer and for only 15 bucks you can't beat it.

New mounts, either OEM, or upgraded would make it feel better, also, Engine braces such as the Ingles "stiffy" work pretty well, lessens engine jerking and gives you a quicker response when you are shifting fast.
