Default Type-R Rods on B18B crank ?

Is that possible?

Now please if you are going to tell me search, just dont reply. I searched a bit, but I need to know asap, and I want to be certain.

I could buy type-r rods and pistons from some guy, and put them in my B18B sitting in my garage.

What do you think?

nope.. the rods will be too long to use in that block.. most likely the pistons will hit into the head.. if you can get a GSR/ITR crank.. then you can use that setup. either that, or get a deck plate welded on.

just put the pistons in your LS...dont use extreme cams.......i know the rods arnt the same but if u had the ITR crank u could do it but that would destroke the motor......so no need!
