Default Tunning with crome pro. high an low boost!!

Im not sure if this is the right section but i have a question about high an low boost with crome pro. Lets say you tune your car to 20psi of boost(high) but want to turn it down to 10psi(low) daily. Now all this is done with crome pro. my wuestion is would there be a problem with the tune?? Last i new is that crome only used 1 base map. the does the ecu know how much fuel/timming ect to use when it turned down? you follow?.

you will only need 1 map for 1psi to 1000+psi. its only when you start changing fuels, do you need to have different maps.

no because for every pound of boost the map throws a certain amount of fuel, timing, air etc.

no, you need to tune all the cells below high boost, and you should do below the low boost level too. could save your motor.

Im assuming you intend to make he changes...and that you dont really understand in general how the tuning interface works in most managements. correct me if im wrong.

there is nothing to be wrong or right about; if you tune the map to your max psi then you can turn boost down.
Im under the assumption that your tuning the whole map.

this is what im doing. im bring my car to the shop. asking him to see how much power it came safely. after he reaches that. If I wanted to, can I turn down the boost an still be safe??

The answer is very simple, everything should be scaled properly under a proper tune, however you should simply have the car tuned at high boost on what ever fuel your going to use and low boost on what ever fuel your going to use etc...

Your tuner will explain in more detail as to what solutions he can offer you depending on your application

its not that. jsut the wording wasnt specific enough to know what the situation is. Still even if you are having it tuned by someone else, make sure they dont just tune the narrow path of cells you hit while at full boost on either high or low settings. thats all i meant.
