I beleive so, someone has graphs they posted on thier webiste showing cam comparo tests. Search around for it.

Check out the DPR touring cams for the B series. on a b20 vtec. Vtec was set to 2000 rpms and redline at 8000. these cams made 240 hp and 166 ft lbs of torque. 90% of torque at 2000rpms

now this is what im talking about! where can i get more info about these cams and how much would they be? thanks!
