Default Transmissuion Help Not going in Gear

I need some help with my transmission i noticed that is was getting pretty difficult to put in first and second gear. Then later that day it was almost impossible to get in gear like i was forcing it in. I dont seem to have the problem in 3-5 gear just mainly 1 and 2 gear. Do u think it would have anything to do with the trow out bearing?? TIA

The gears go in perfectly when the car is not running but when i turn it on its tough. But the gears are not grinding when i put it in its just very tough
