Default TPS problem, possible lean condition?

I've got a '91 integra b18a1 with crower 403's the standard I/H/E a FPR and safc.
Acording to my safc my TPS is only reading 97.5% somtimes only 95% with my foot buried in the floor, and it will fluctuate ~3% at cruise with my foot steady on the throttle. I assume my TPS is bad, and I know that you can't buy a replacement tps for b-series.
Here's my question, I've got a DE/TT coming up tomorrow and since I will be at full throttle the entire day will the incorrect tps signal be dangerous to my engine(i.e. cause it to run lean)? Will turning up the fuel pressure be a viable solution for now? Should I not even try to run my car due to the possible danger?
