I am finally putting my motor together and I wanted to know which torque wrech is the accurate. Is it the one that you adjust at the handle via **** or is it the meter looking one. Thanks In Advance.

buy snap on. You usually need 3/8. Look on ebay. And never use an extension when using the torque wrench because it will give false reading. Follow the book but usually you start in the middle and work your way out.

You can use an extension without getting a false reading. But a crow's foot or other such tool that changes the lever arm typically will cause a false reading. If you are using one of these tools, make sure that it is facing in a direction perpendiculat to the wrench itself. This way, the lever arm will not be changed.

I would get a snap on torquometer in 1/4" for cam saddles and very low torque bolts- I would get a snap on 3/8" drive QC series or better for headbolts etc. Expect to pay a few hundred for a torquometer and a buck fifty for the 3/8". The snap on torque wrenches with a small **** on the side are the least accurate of the bunch- and the QC series does not have to be turned back down when not in use- even though I always turn mine down
