hi guys,

so heres the deal i just got my b20 with built ls head back together and went to time it today heres what happened...
-aligned all my marks
-using brand new honda crv timing belt
-using semi new belt tensioner
-get the belt on, turn it over by hand and the belt jumps on the crankshaft pulley every time..

I can't figure out why it keeps jumping off the pulley so anyone who can help its very much appreciated!

 

son,wrong timing belt gsr timing belt is the right belt i bet its because the gsr water pump has more teeth considering your using gsr change the belt asap
