Default throttle and idle issue

so i have a little probllem i pressure washed my motor today and the wierdest thing happened like ill drive and push the clutch in and the idle should drop back down but will stay at around 3000rpms but when i stop rolling like stop driving it will idle at 3000 when clutch engaged then drop to normal idle idk what the problem could be if idk i got water in a sensor on the intake manifold idk what the problem could be can someone please help me if u have any ideas
i have a jdm h22a it was fine before pressure wash and the wierd thing also it doesnt back fire anymore when i let off the gas idk if that has anything to do with it

check for a vacuum leaks.

check your throttle cable, see if it's sticking. With your hood up and engine running, rev it up a little by hand and see if it sticks at a certain rpm, if it does, try to turn the throttle back manually and see if that solves it, if it does, then it means the cable is getting stuck somewhere, maybe the spring is too loose. Just a thought. Good luck
