Default Tein SS questions/features?

OK,
sortof technical question about the tein SS for eg hatch.
i'm thinking about getting these(thinking very seriously actually).
What are the springrates for the EG hatch? in lb's ?
currently i've got 450f and 350r sleeves on agx's, the stiff springs handl VERY VERY well in the turns, but at the height I want to run ride quality is EFFED.

ALSO, how much shorter is the shock body than a stock length shock?
i'd like to know the piston rod too, but the shock body is most important to me.

I have heard that people get integra SS's for eg's because they have stiffer springs, and can go lower. Is the shock body even shorter on these? and do they bolt right up?

I know these arent the easiest questions,
but if anyone can answer some of them, i'd really appreciate it,
thanks.

Default Bump!

I've read in another thread that the teg's SS will bolt right up to an Eg
Spring rates are stiffer so they seem to be a better choice as you can also drop a little more on the teg's.

I'm wondering about the helper springs. I've read up on what the purpose of them are. They come with the Tein HA's, but not with the SS. Are they needed for an Eg with teg SS coilovers?

helper springs just help keep the spring in place when your suspension is fully expanded.

they're nice for peace of mind, but you can live without em

So, if I don't plan on "flying" in my car I really don't need them
