Default Slamming my EG on Tein Monoflex + edfc.???

It's a fact that i'm going to be changing my suspension set up to the top of the range Tein babies. And I want to put the EDFC on them, especially as i'm heading to the Nurburgring in a couple months and damping rates will be very important.

My only question is, does the EDFC raise/lower the car? And what do you suggest the best damping rate for track use would be?

Thank youuu

I believe the EDFC only allows for damping adjustment. Height you have to do yourself.

Yes, it is an adjustment unit for the stiffness of the ride, not an electric height edjustment unit. That will still have to be done the "old-fashioned" way.
