Default TDC on the crank.. Is it the white or red marking.

What is Top Dead Center on the crank if your trying to set back your timing to stock. There's two markings on the crank a red marking and white marking.
Which one do you line the notch to when trying to set the timing, the white or red marking.

red is 16 degrees BTDC, and the two adjacent marks are +/-2 degrees.
