ive got a 93 da with a poor mans type r built na. its built right and its tuned right but it boggs like theres a fuel cut out. i have a few friends that have had that issue because of their vtec controller so i unplugged mine and it didnt do a thing. ive had the same problem with one of my ek's in the past. and it was the cat. converter. it was plugged up. theres also smoke coming out of both ends to back up my hunch. but i could be wrong. we are also going to put in a new fuel filter. if you can think of anything else that it might be i would appriciate the help.. thanks.

how do the plugs look?
Does it stutter only at WOT/heavy loads?

 

t just stutters when ever it feels like it... mostly non stop from 0-2700 rpm its smooth after that until i step into a little more then it starts again i ran the check engine light codes and i got a 9 and 20 so im looking for what that is. and my idle is stuck at 1500 still
