Default IAC or MAP Sensor?

It happens when it's warmed, especially after I'm idling for a few seconds. Idle will drop and sounds like it's going to stall. When I try to go, it will stumble like it's out of gas and clears up after a few pumps of throttle.
Could that be the IAC (Idle AIr Control)?
Or map sensor?

Is there a way to get codes from the ECU?
I got a '94 Integra w/ B16 head, chipped P28 ECU.
