I know this is a newbie question but here it goes... My bro went to get his car smogged... his car is stock except he did not took out the jrsc fuel pump that he has. Anyways, he did not pass the test and the technician told him that there is too much fuel... does the computer regulates the fuel delivery though?... can somebody lecture us with the fuel system... thanks
