Default Spring rates

I'm wondering if anyone knows the spring rates for a 95 civic sedan compared to the same year integra, I have heard that an integra has a higher sring rate, and I also believe that the springs are interchangable

I would like to have a apring with a higher spring rate, yet be cheap and retain a stock stance for the winter

Integra rates are generally slightly higher, and are interchangable with Civic springs.
