Default Spring Rate of Eibach Pro-Kits?

How do you find out what the spring rates are for prokits? Gettin an h22 swap and need some stiffer springs. Thanks.

I think the Civic rates are 331F and 127-194R progressive.

I went with Integra rates which are 457F and 171/257R progressive.
