Spoon Flywheel Resurfacing...
Can this be done? I found one topic about it, but it did not make too much sence. I tried to get mine resurfaced last week and everyone that looked at it was confused and would not to touch it. I guess my question is has anybody resurfaced their Spoon Flywheel and where did you get it done?
yes, you can
though a lot of machine shops wont touch chromoly because it eats up their tools due to the harder metal.
I have a local machine shop that does it for 27 dollars, we take all of our chromoly flywheels there, they rock.

normal flywheel
just remember, it is HELL on tooling... so dont be suprised if they say F off
Make sure they are using a nice machine to turn the flywheel and not those crappy brake lathe style ones.
I forget the names.
