Most will say no lower than 12 lbs, the reason in a nutshell is if its too light the revs drop as fast as they climb, and stop and go traffic requires more throttle not to stall out.

well spoon is an all motor company ( if you havent noticed) so thier flywheel probably weighs less than 8 lbs

lighten flywheels are great just dont get them too light. 12lbs ACT street or a stock type-R flywheel is a great choice

Which doesn't make any real difference, unless you take your foot off the gas pedal when shifting - like a woman does.

lots of people here wont care about this aspect but I do. lighter flywheel will decrease your gas mileage, because it requires more throttle to cruise at the same speed as a heavier one.

lucky i sold my 7.5 lb fidanza. i'll go for something less drastic. but i heard flywheels increace gas mileage because less stress on the motor to spin the flywheel. i think it all depends on someone's control of thier car.

I've got an Exeddy lightweight flywheel on the GSR, yea it dies between shifts but I can't tell if that's the flywheel or a product of the turbo/intake manifold.. ehh it works.
