Icon2 Speed problems
I have a 99 accord with a f23 in it and my speedometer wont go all the way down it stops at 115. Everyone said I need a new ecu, but now im trying to figure out which ecu is the best one to get... HELP.

try checking connectors at back of cluster as well as VSS , (variable speed sensor) don't just jump to a new ECU

^^ Does it slowly bottom out at 115 or just stop after climbing hard ?

Now a new problem has occured. My clutch is loosing pressure, what is the problem??

Governor the ecu wont let you pass a certain mph. So I would look into getting chipped ecu I couldnt tell you what kind cause I'm all b series lol
