My speedometer keeps going up and down. even at idle. not sure what the problem is but i opened my ecu to check if everything cool and found this :
wondering if this has something to do with my problem. and where is the missing piece connected to?

I have never seen an ecu cause a speedometer issue.
The problem is usually wiring/speed sensor related.
