Head gasket valves or rings
So I have a gsr swap in my Ek. Problem is when I'm at full throttle I can notice white smoke, and I do lose coolant, but I do not over heat. Also I have no visible leaks and when I did a compression test I got 180 from all cylinders so no variation. My heatercore hose at the fire wall leaks coolant when I run my heater so I know im loosing coolant from there but i dont know why I have white smoke time to time. Let me know how I can test my rings and valves to see if its another problem other inquires will help also!
I know my compression seems low but i thinks its cause elevation where I live 5500 lol

top off the radiator and do a leakdown test with the radiator cap off. if coolant rises at any point in time, the hg is blown in whichever cylinder the pressure is in when the coolant rises.
the leakdown test will also tell you some things.
and as brian above said, do a compression test, first dry, then wet. you'll be looking for the difference in pressure between dry and wet, not just the numbers themselves.
