I bought a VTEC ECU off of here a while back, and when I use it it's fine (no codes), but it appears that my ELD is not working correctly. When I turn on my headlights (or put any electrical load on it) my car leans out significantly (I run the car on a wideband all the time).

My old ECU works great still, but I'm trying to figure out what the deal is with this new one. Is it a JDM ECU or something that doesn't have the ELD? I disabled the ELD in Crome and it doesn't help. It could be a problem with something else (not the ELD) or just a f'd up ECU... I'm not sure. ELD is my best guess at this point.
