Shifter bolt problem!

Shifter bolt problem!
Ok i have a 90 DA integra, and i am trying to change my shifter but the bolt that holds the shifter to the linkage wont come out. I got the nut off just fine and the bolt spins but wont come out i've pulled on it and messed around with it for a long time and cant get it out, any Ideas. please help
