Default Settings on my friend non-vtec

oh just helping out a friend... his cam gears are set to +4 intake.. and -3 exhaust.. we just wondering if thats a good setting??? or what yall think is a good setting on cam gears? he has headers, intake, fuel regulator, wires, exhaust.. Oh and what is also a good psi for the fuel regulator??? its currently on 37psi... hope yall can help...thanks!!!!

Find a dyno. It would be better to have timing and fp set to the motors mods not other peoples set ups.

the only way to really know if those settings are actually helping is to measure it on a dyno.

for all your friend knows he could be loosing power with those settings....
