Does anyone know if an Apexi PowerFC ECU controls the fuel and ignition via rpm readings or from voltage readings at the TPS sensor?

PowerFC uses (like most) rpm vs. load.

Would load mean Manifold Pressure or from the ELD(Engine Load Detector for the Alternator)?
