first question is in order to run my stock retainers with supertech dual springs, what work needs to be done to the retainers and where could i go to get it done.....

second question is if i were to buy the crower chrome moly retainers instead of running the modified stock ones, would i just call up crower and ask for a set of chrome moly retainers for my B18C1??? (going for durability over light weight which is why im not going for the Ti retainers, i don't want to have to pull the motor every 10000 miles this will be a daily driver, and fun weekend drag/track car) i checked their site and can't find any listing or pics of the chrome moly pieces...thanks guys.
