Default researching higher compression

you guys know any type of website that would give me massive amounts of information on building a higher compression motor? or where i can get a hold of some material that would make me more knowledgable on the aspect of building a high comp. motor. i wanna build my d16y8. please leave out swap alternatives and such.......i wanna go n/a with my SOHC. thanks....

well nope but what you need to know is
1. cooling is very important
2. fuel is key.
3.combustion chamber temps are very important.
4.valve clearance
5.ignition timing
juat keep them all in mind.

Max octane you want to purchase if it is street driven.

Cali only has 91 octane.

not too sure. this is why i need to do some research.......hey, somebody told me that you were the one to talk to about higher compression motors. i been meaning to ask you about them......need some info man??...thanks

see iam lucky in florida where i live we get 93 octane at every pump.
