I have the spring and retainers off already, now all i have to do is take of those damn seals off. I've tried fingers, screwdrivers and pliers but none of them work. How the hell do they come off?

take your time do it right and get the right tools Snap-on!
make sure the guides are good -wiggle them back and forth look for excessive wear

 

Yeah, the right tool would help alot because them damn seals be on there tight. Make sure before installing the new seals, install that bottom retainer back on FIRST or else they won't go over the new seals (trust me on that one, I waisted all 16 new seals the first time I did a valve job a few years back ). good luck!
