Okay ive been trying to take out my valve seals for the past hour without any luck. not even one. ive tried some strong pliers and needle nose pliers. Can anyone help me out on how to take these out? i have new ones that i need to put in.

or needle nose vise grips, keep twisting and pulling

 

This is the one I have and my favorite. The only time it isn't effective is when the valve seal is too far down for the jaw teeth to get under the seal, in which case, I use a set of pliers to wiggle it up enough for the puller to get under it.

i always used those pliers with the circular/cupped end.....old valve seals can be a PITA no matter what u use though....i would recommend vice grips, with a lot of twisting/pulling--as mentioned above.

 

that tool is perfect but its to expensive. these valve seals are pita for sure. thanks for the help. i have 8 out but 8 more to go.
