Hello all, I have a 97 Civic with a 1998 Type-R motor b18c5 and i have code 91. Does anyone know how to fix it? Code 91 is "LOW FEUL PRESSURE IN TANK"
Any replies will be appreciated.

i have the same problem. Its because the 97 dx civic doesnt have a sensor in the tank area. and the charcoal canister do not have a two way valve on it. to fix it you will have to switch out the gas tank and the charcoal canister. or get a jdm ecu

I have a 97 teg and have that code . i have replace my purge valve, charchol canister, all the lines... I have given up and deal with the light.

 

why don't you guys try replacing your fuel sending unit, that seems like a wiser decision then the others

 

Edit ....been there done that .not for this reason though. It has to to with the evap system , there was a recall on 97 tegs because of it I know because I got the recall, but they wouldnt touch my car because on my motor swap...97 teg rs with 99 gsr swap. Its has something with the canister going bad then sucking a peice into the purge valve or vice versa, something like that i beleive.

 

i guess your only option would be to replace the lines and the canister
