Default Radius arm bolt installation

I've got a 1990 Integra LS and I'm attempting to attach my radius arm to bracket behind the rotor. I can't get the mf'er aligned to put the two bolts in. I've tried jacking up the suspension to place it under load, and that gets it up high enough, but I can't get it aligned laterally (side-to-side). What's the trick? Thanks in advance.

Well, I'm not installing a new radius arm, the bolts just fell out. Do I have to detach the front of it to get it aligned or is there another way? How hard is it to detach? Thanks.

There is a 14 MM in the front cross member, you will need a deep socket for that one. Back that off. Take the two out on the LCA, pull the radius arm toward the firewall, and it will pull out of the front crossmember, make sure to pay attention to the positioning of the bushings that are where it connects to the front crossmember. when you reinstall, work in exactly reverse of the removal.

do I need to remove anything to the 14mm? I don't see it.
