Default quick throttle body question...

what will be the highest rpm if i were to totally remove the idle adjusting screw with the iacv unplug? mine was only about 1k-1.2k, i was thinking that it should be higher.

any experienced or ideas?

It depends on how well the throttle plate is seated, as some air leaks by there. When I had my TB bored, the plate sealed too well. I could only attain 500 RPM with the idle screw completely removed and the IAC disconnected. I had to adjust my throttle plate position to allow a little more air to seep into the intake manifold.
