Default Quick release on stock hub??

I am wondering if a quick-release is made for an OEM Honda steering wheel hubs? If not, why?? Also, is it possible to use a quick-release with an OEM steering wheel?? Thanks.

it will not work with a stock wheel because aftermarket wheels mount differently than stock wheels.

I thought I saw the ITR MOMO steering wheel being used with a quick-release a while back, was I mistaken?
