Wheel weights on OEM wheels...

Of course! I prefer those on all my wheels (not only for aesthetics, but also for track wheels, where they get pressed onto the wheel by centrifugal force, instead of it pulling them off).
Here are some things to consider:
1. With most mounting shops, you have to ask specifically for the stick-on tape weights rather than the bang-on (clamp-on) weights that go on the lip.
2. Some shops don't keep the weights in stock. Call ahead. If they don't stock them, you can buy them yourself at any good auto parts store and bring them with you for them to use.
3. Make sure there's enough clearance between your brake calipers and the wheels for the weights to be mounted there. On some cars the clearance is tight and the weights could get knocked off.
4. Some shops charge a few bucks more for balancing wheels with tape weights instead of bang-on weights.
