Default quick qestion about cv boot and rotors

I have to replace my cv boot, rotors and pads, but i dont want to replace my whole axel as suggested in other threads. If my axle goes for some reason could this pottentially mess any of my other parts of my car up or my new cross drilled/slotted rotors?

Why wouldn't you just replace the entire CV shaft? I know on my CV shafts, the CV boot and shaft is one, I don't see how you would replace it. Looks like more trouble then its worth, even if you can get a new boot.

Get a liftetime warranty CV shaft from autozone or whatever. If your CV shaft breaks its not going to damage your brakes, you just won't be able to drive your car.

Replace the entire CV shaft

If the c/v joint is still in good shape, just replacing the boot is alot cheaper.
