My question is that, does there vto come on first or the vti? or does it really matter
I know that they are both the out put signals to the vtec solenoid??!

 

VTI is what comes into your VAFC from the ECU so that is what your VTEC is progammed at stock.... The VTO is the output from the VAFC which is when your VTEC is really activated by what you have set...

 

so you are saying that VTO is the out put from the vafc and vti is the out put from the ECU to the VTEC soleinod.

Yes basically except for the VTI is the input from the ECU to the VAFC.... Without a VAFC the wire would just run to the VTEC solenoid.... Since you break the line either A4 for and OBD1 car or A8 for a nonOBD/OBD2a car coming out of the ECU the line must go somewhere.... Out of the ECU goes into the VAFC which is VTI.... The line that goes out to the VTEC solenoid it VTO which actually controls your VTEC x-over... Latez
