Default ECU and VAFC question?

Out off the box, what are stock settings for the V-AFC cross over point? Is it 5800?

If I have a chipped ecu with a v-tec crossover at 4700 and installed the V-AFC with it, Will the V-AFC "stock" v-tec cross over point over ride the 4700 or will the V-AFC self learn the chipped ecu's v-tec x'over point?
Will my vtec engage at 4700? or 5800?
thanks in advance!

Assuming that a VAFC over-rides a Stock ECU when installed, then it should over-ride a modified ECU also.

But these are assumptions.

iloveracing? so you're telling me that when you installed your VAFC that you also needed to adjust the VAFC to the correct vtec xover of your stock ECU? So the vafc does not self learn an ECU's setting?

Any one else can share light into this?

out of the box it's 5800. If you have a GSR change it to 4400 or 4300. Whatever you heat desires.

thanks. I actually have a Skunk2 ecu with a 5300 vtec xover. I can set my L->H to 5300. What should the setting be for the H->L?
