high idle and distributor retard all the way
my built ls vtec idles at 1800 and the dis is all the way retard, the motor has pr3 pistons and a b16 head, what going on here is this a vacuum problem or what?

Why did you retard your timing(distributor) all the way? That will just make your car run like **** or not run at all. Put it back to at least stock timing, and try adjusting the idle screw, by the throttle body, instead. Do you have any aftermarket camshafts?

i tried that and the idel screw dont do ****, i got a jg bored throttle body. i got stock cams as of right now. i know when i start it its hard startn i guess thats cause the timings retard all the way but it runss good when it starts just idels high.
