Default question...need some pro advice

alrite...came across a sick deal for a legit ls block
block is in fair shape

if the block was to be bored and sleeved anyway...would the condition of the cylinders matter? other than the cylinders..the block is mint.
should i bring it to a machine shop and see what they think?

its an ls block...but if i was to drop a gsr head on it...it would essentially perform the same as a vtec block correct?

not too good with frankenstein motors..etc...so all help is appreciated

As long as the cylinders aren't broken then you shouldn't have problems. To get it to perform the same as a VTEC block, you'll have to go through the standard LS/VTEC build procedures. May I recommend balancing the bottom end.
