Default Question About Check Engine Light??????

I just finshed me h22 swap in a 92 civic dx im using a dx wire harness and a chipped p28. The check engine light came on after 2 hours of driving. The check engine light was from the crank sensor circuit, and the cylinder 1 sensor. I put a aluminum unorthadox crack pulley on would that cause the check engine light to go on. Is there anyway to bypass those sensors by reprograming the ecu?
