Default Proper way to bleed the coolant system.......

How can i bleed the cooling system on a B18B if it doesn't have a bleeder screw?
Any tips would be great.

I usually run the car with the radiator cap off until no more air bubbles are being released. If you have a shop manual it should tell you exactly what to do.

I don't have a manual for the Integ (Don't want to buy a whole Helms just for the motor), Just one for my Civic.
I'm cheap........
