Default problems with hondata!

i installed my hondata back 2 months ago, and i have noticed couple wierd things.

1) after i reach 5k my tach bounces all over the place, i was told that is because the shop gave me the wrong ecu and if i change it, it might go away.

2) when i start my car my, my voltage meter reads 14.6 after driving for alil it drops down to 12.8. if i rev the car it still stays at 12.8 if i drive it still stays at 12.8, but if i turn off the car and turn it back on then it will read 14.6 for a while again. i know there is nothing wrong with the alternator cauase i check it already and the car has only 20k miles on it. i talk to couple other hondata owners and they have the same problem, but no one knows how to fix it.

so if anyone has any idea of how to fix this please tell me thanks.
