problem with lower rad hose leaking

problem with lower rad hose leaking
my lower radiator hose is leaking around where the hose clamp is. i tried tightening it and it didtn fix it, it is like dripping out while running. what do you guys think i could do to fix it? do i have to replace the entire hose or is there some type of trick?
