Default Problem with long oil lines?

I just got the oil lines for my turbo setup, but the feed is about 8-10 inches longer then needed. Other then excessive cranking to prime it, will the cause any problems? (I'm thinking it won't, but I figure it can't hurt to ask and make sure)

No, assuming the lines are of sufficient size they don't become a flow restriction.
