I have a b16 in my EF and of course the header scraped...so hard that it broke one of the studs off the head that the header is secured to. i have already tapped and pulled the old one out and put a new one in. bought the stud at a machine shop and it doesn't seat all the way. any suggestions as to where i can get a replacement stud? and how to properly install them on the head?

I don't know about replacement studs unless you get them from honda. But to put them in, just put two nuts on the one end and tighten them to each other. Then you can use it like a regular bolt until it is in and then take the nuts off.
