Default Help Asap! Head Studs are stripped!

So i was trying to change my head gasket today on my B16 and when i got down to the head studs it seemed as though they were stripped and would not come out. Anyone know how to go about getting them out?

Grab a set of bolt extractors. They dig into the head of the bolt when you go to loosen them up and should zip them right out.

Head studs or bolts?

If studs, is it the 12pt nuts that are stripped or the hex hole in the top of the stud?
